First Mexican Recources believes corporate governance means being responsible not only to shareholders, but also to the stakeholders, while benchmarking our operations to Canada's leading corporations. We know our long-term success depends on creating value within the communities we work. First Mexican's contributions to the community begin prior to the project development and beyond mine closure. Our goal is to offer the communities a better future by contributing to infrastructural developments, investment in education and various organizations, sponsorships, equipment, training programs and contributing towards a prosperous economic development of the communities where we operate in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
First Mexican is now an active and proud member of the business community in Mexico. The Company believes that its long-term success depends on the future generation of Mexicans who will have realized the benefit of a university education. The Company is currently in negotiations with three universities in order to provide financial aid for Mexican students residing in Mexico as well as an opportunity for these students to study in British Columbia.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of First Mexican Resources,
